Urban Collective is a 52 page publication that encourages readers to interact with their city.
Cities offer a plethora of activities. Whether it be concerts, art galleries, public parks, or hip restaurants, sometimes it seems like the options never end. Many people want to connect with a city’s cultural core but don’t know how. We’re here to change that.
Urban Collective is made by inquisitive souls who are passionate about encouraging people to interact with cities, near and far. The magazine is broken down into three main sections: newcomers, familiar friends, and natives. Urban Collective doesn’t want to assume you’re an expert urban adventurer. Hopefully there is something here for everyone.
This edition features Chicago. The “city of broad shoulders” is known for hard work, stellar architecture, and undeniable energy. With access to Lake Michigan, massive public parks, and endless coffee shops, Chicago has a lot to offer. Alternatively, Chicago’s size makes it approachable to newcomers while keeping the locals surprised. Our hope is that the rich culture is shown accurately.
So begin flipping pages. Dive in. Stay urban.
